Video & Motion Creative | Contract | London

A fast-growing, European FinTech is looking for a hands-on Video & Motion Creative to join their global Brand team on a contract basis. This is a mid-to-senior level role for someone who's genuinely well-rounded across video, motion, and digital content - not a narrow specialist.

The Role

You'll be embedded within a collaborative brand team, working closely with a Creative Producer and senior brand stakeholders to deliver high-quality content across multiple formats and touchpoints. Reporting into the Associate Director level, you'll have real ownership over your output while contributing to a broader visual identity that's actively evolving.

Day-to-day, you can expect to be across:

• End-to-end video and motion content production, from shoot to final delivery
• Event content - both on-site capture and post-production
• Website and campaign assets (video and graphic)
• Ensuring everything lands consistently within established brand guidelines and visual systems
• Travelling to European offices for shoots and events (Lisbon and Copenhagen among them)
• Working across Adobe Creative Suite, with some exposure to Figma (or a willingness to pick it up)

What We're Looking For

• Solid, demonstrable experience across video, motion, and digital content creation
• Comfortable running or supporting shoots independently - set-up, execution, the lot
• Used to working within defined brand systems while still bringing creative input
• Proactive and self-sufficient; you won't need hand-holding
• Experience delivering across event, brand, and website content formats
• Exposure to both agency and in-house environments is a plus, as is multi-location or international content delivery
