Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Administrator to join a well-established and highly respected organisation operating across a diverse range of activities including property management, environmental initiatives, community engagement and grant funding. This varied role will suit an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy office environment, providing high-quality administrative support and acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- You will support the day-to-day operations of the organisation, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and events, supporting key projects.
- Assisting with the management of communication channels, including website and social media platforms.
- You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping to ensure efficient administration, excellent customer service and the smooth delivery of a wide range of activities and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience providing administrative support within a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience using databases, record management systems or Sage software would be advantageous.
£24.94k - £26.6k per annum
