You’ll support the Centre Manager, lead the team, and keep the customer journey at the heart of everything we do. - On-target earnings up to £40,893
- Comprising a base salary of £34,093
- An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £6,800 per year.
- 5 days a week (This centre is closed on Sundays)

Skills and experience
- Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
- Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
- Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
- A current valid driving licence
