Senior Property Manager
Leatherhead, Surrey | Competitive - DOE | Full-time
Our client, a well-established lettings agency, is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their team at the Leatherhead branch, managing a portfolio across their four-branch network in Mole Valley.
This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing a team of Property Managers alongside a portfolio of residential property, and playing a key part in helping the department hit its goals.
What you'll be doing
- Managing a team of Property Managers and helping prioritise workflow
- Regular reporting to and liaising with the office manager regarding current works
- Liaising with landlords and resolving tenant enquiries and issues
- Arranging contractors to attend to repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
- Booking and managing safety inspections
- Regular property visits
- Working towards targets to achieve office goals
What we're looking for
- Previous experience managing or leading a team is essential
- Strong administration skills
- Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience of a property management software system is essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
