- Implement and support the company expense system Concur / Oracle
- Process, audit, and input employee expense claims and corporate card transactions.
- Ensure all expense and Barclaycard claims comply with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the Finance Manager to obtain approvals and resolve compliance-related queries.
- Audit, code, and process expense and corporate card claims within the Coins accounting system.
- Prepare and post payment batches, generating BACS payment runs through Coins and Concur.
- Maintain employee bank details and review financial reports in preparation for payment runs.
- Administer corporate Barclaycards, including new applications, credit limit increases, and cancellations.
- Monitor outstanding corporate card balances and undertake credit control activities to recover personal expenditure.
- Identify and resolve system and payment issues, improving the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of expense processing
