- To provide a Retirement Housing Service to tenants living in Maryhill Housing Associations Retirement Housing and contribute to the general housing management service to tenants in the complex.
- Establishing friendly relations with all tenants and encourage independence, signposting to other agencies where required.
- Encourage tenants to participate in decisions which affect them and to advocate and actively promote choice for tenants in their daily living.
- Working co-operatively with all staff members and to work to all the agreed operational policies of the Association and in line with good practice.
