Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (SHE) Advisor to support projects throughout the North of England.
SHE Advisor Salary & Benefits
Salary: 40 000

SHE Advisor Job Overview
Provide practical SHE support across multiple live construction projects.
Carry out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
Promote Health, Safety and Environmental best practice.
Review RAMS, CoSHH, PUWER, LOLER and Fire compliance.
Deliver toolbox talks and behavioural safety briefings.
Lead accident, incident and near miss investigations.
Support contractor management and operational planning.
Deliver internal SHE training where required.
Build strong working relationships with project teams and clients.
SHE Advisor Job Requirements
NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
CSCS Card.
Previous Health & Safety experience within Civil Engineering, Groundworks or RC Frame projects.
Good understanding of current H&S legislation and industry best practice.
Experience carrying out site inspections, audits and incident investigations.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable
o IEMA or other environmental qualification.
o Temporary Works, Fire Risk or CoSHH qualifications.
o Experience delivering training or toolbox talks.
o Behavioural safety experience.
