What you’ll be doing
Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors
Answering calls and responding to enquiries
Supporting pupil records and administration
Coordinating appointments and meetings
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Supporting the wider office team
We’re looking for someone who
Has strong admin or reception experience
Communicates clearly and warmly
Stays calm under pressure
Can prioritise workload effectively
Has strong IT skills
Is professional and approachable
