Assistant Restaurant Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Ensure products and services are constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
Focus and support our rigorous adherence to LQA standards.
Assist in providing an exceptional guest experience service in the restaurant.
Effectively carry out service recovery or charge our hosts to do so in the event of guest complaints.
Inspecting department and guests’ orders on a regular basis, ensuring any maintenance and product improvements are actioned within the designated time frame.
Support on leading a team of engaged and experienced hosts to provide the Six Senses exceptional standards of service.
Assist on the monthly inventory.
Thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property.
Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant supervisory experience in a full-service outlet or similar hotel operational role. Hospitality Management Degree preferred.
Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including OPERA and MICROS platforms.
Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
Knowledge of Food and Beverage terminology, application, operation, wine service, costs, menu development food and hygiene codes and controlling inventory.
