Sales Manager (Agricultural Machinery) £60,000 - £65,000 (OTE 80K) + Company Car + 30 Days Holiday + Benefits Glenrothes, Fife Are you a Sales Manager from an Agricultural Machinery background who is comfortable managing a small team of regional sales representative looking to join a main dealership who can offer excellent renumeration through high basic and further commission incentives? In this role you will be responsible for managing the success of a small team of Sales Reps across Scotland. You'll be mentoring juniors, improving KPI's and helping to identify new key accounts whilst covering a small patch across Fife and Perth directly.
