Where will you be working? At M Group Highways, we're supporting the safe transportation and movement of people across the UK. We don't just build roads and bridges- we're building a better future, creating lasting social value that gives back to the communities in which we work. You'll be joining our Street Lighting Team. As a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services, our streetlighting teams maintain and design over 350,000 street lighting assets What you'll be doing
- Lead operations of projects around 2-5M PA, responsible for all aspects, including delivering of the agreed forecast.
- Ensuring the management and development of all people within the projects
- Performance management against business targets in line with the M Group business plan
- Demonstrate commitment to the requirements of SHWEQ policies and to ensure they are adhered to
- Take a centric approach to clients, stakeholders and our teams
- Assist with work winning efforts
- Share knowledge and best practice across the business, ensuring that any learning is shared across the business
- Demonstrable commitment to, the requirements of SHWEQ Policies
- Proven track record of managing multi task functions
- Considerable experience of the EV Charging and Street Lighting Industry
- Knowledge of commercial conditions
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentation
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrable people/team leading skills
