- Attend and contribute to factory/site testing, commissioning, and client training.
- Participate in internal and client design reviews and hazard studies.
- Work closely with design teams to develop optimal solutions.
- Support cost-to-complete and budget reviews with project teams.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors; assist with subcontract orders and variation claims.
- Liaise with site managers to ensure delivery meets programme, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans throughout the project.
- Drive innovation while ensuring compliance with current standards.
- Prepare and manage project programmes.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety performance.
- Coordinate setting out activities and provide clear instructions to operatives and subcontractors.
