Support Worker - Wirral, Merseyside

Support Worker required for a supported living service in Wirral, Merseyside.

PAY RATE: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour
Location: Prenton, Wirral CH43
Hours: Part time and full time — day shifts (09:00-14:00 and 11:00-14:00)
Contract: Ongoing temporary

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals in a supported living setting
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and community access
- Support with medication administration and health needs
- Follow care plans and maintain detailed records
- Promote independence and well-being

Requirements:
- Previous care or support experience desirable but not essential
- Enhanced DBS check required (can be arranged)
- Mandatory care training (can be provided)
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
