Our Clients and Marketing team are looking for an experienced Client Experience Marketing Senior Advisor to join the team.

Its purpose is simple: to build deep, trusted relationships with senior clients — strengthening our position in priority accounts, supporting commercial growth and helping Baringa show up in a more distinctive, bolder way. We're now building on the success of our existing Networks and expanding into new executive communities, creating an exciting opportunity to join a growing team at the centre of Baringa's client strategy.

What you will be doing

Executive client network and experience delivery

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of Baringa's executive client networks, podcasts and wider Client Experience programmes, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting the successful delivery of CEO, COO, CIO and future executive communities, flagship research and signature client experiences.

Programme delivery and coordination

• Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies and delivery milestones across multiple programmes and workstreams
• Coordinating delivery across internal stakeholders, suppliers and agencies
• Ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance programme impact

Content delivery and activation

• Coordinating the production, publication and activation of network content, thought leadership and research outputs
• Managing content delivery timelines, reviews and approvals
• Supporting the activation and distribution of content across Client Experience programmes
• Ensuring content is delivered consistently and effectively across channels

Operational excellence and governance

• Managing end-to-end operational processes across Client Experience programmes
• Owning legal, compliance and risk requirements associated with network activity and events
• Managing supplier, agency and venue relationships, including the V&A partnership and membership
• Maintaining effective systems, tools and ways of working across the Client Experience function

Budget, reporting and marketing operations

• Managing budget tracking and financial administration across Client Experience programmes
• Managing engagement tracking, reporting and performance measurement
• Supporting ROI tracking and evaluation across executive communities and experiences
• Managing audience data, email deployment and marketing operations activity

Your skills and experience

• Strong experience in client experience, marketing operations, events, programme management or stakeholder engagement, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience delivering high-quality events, experiences, executive engagement programmes, podcasts or communities
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing suppliers, agencies and external partners
• Experience managing budgets, reporting and operational processes
• Experience working with CRM, marketing and engagement platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using data and reporting to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
