Trade Parts Specialist

Join LSH Auto as a Trade Parts Specialist, where your expertise in automotive components and passion for sales will drive our success! Based at our dealership in Stockport, you will play a critical role in delivering great customer service, building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

This is a full-time role, office based.

Hours 45

Monday - Saturday (Rota)

Salary - £30,387 plus OTE Bonus

In this position, you will actively engage with our existing trade customer base through inbound and outbound calls, promoting offers, identifying customer needs and maximising parts sales. Your focus on excellence will help foster lasting relationships with our trade clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage trade parts orders and customer enquiries efficiently and accurately
• Proactively contact existing trade customers through outbound calls to generate sales, promote current offers and maximise revenue
• Provide accurate quotations and timely follow-ups
• Assist with technical product inquiries and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell parts and accessories that add value to customer businesses
• Handle the processing and return of trade parts
• Maintain the trade parts catalogue and inventory levels
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective supply chain operations
• Build and nurture relationships with trade customers

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in a trade parts role within the automotive field
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Proven sales ability with experience of upselling
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing
• Familiarity with computer systems and parts catalogues
• Full UK driving licence
