Job description
We are recruiting for a Family Support Hub Co-ordinator.
Responsibilities
- To work within the Ethos and practices of Dunluce Family Centre.
- To support families to access early intervention family support services.
- To create a collaborative network of early intervention family support services.
- To have an awareness of family support services.
- To record and report on targets.
- To work in collaboration as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Reporting Networking with multi agencies.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Relevant 3rd level qualification (in Community Development or Health and Social Care or Education)
- 3 years practical experience working with children, young people and families, which can demonstrate group work with adults, children.
- Have proficient IT Skills e.g. (MS Word Processing, Power Point, Excel)
- Have multi-tasking, time management and excellent communication skills.
- Open to training.
