People Business Partner

More about your role

As a People Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to deliver a proactive and commercially focused people service. You'll provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters, supporting organisational performance, employee engagement and business change initiatives.

You'll use data and insight to identify trends, make recommendations, and influence decision-making across the business. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll partner with managers to drive people plans, support organisational development activities, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice HR policies.

Essential criteria

  • Proven experience operating as a People Business Partner (or equivalent senior HR role) within a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent professional qualification and demonstrable experience).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice and organisational development principles.
  • Experience analysing and interpreting people data to provide recommendations and inform business decisions.
  • Demonstrable experience producing high-quality reports, presentations and people insights for senior stakeholders.

You're an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships and influencing positive outcomes. You have a strategic mindset and are comfortable balancing operational priorities with longer-term people plans.

You'll bring a collaborative approach, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex people matters with professionalism and credibility. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about creating positive colleague experiences and helping the business achieve its goals through its people.
