You have:
-Previous property management experience is essential -A Full UK driving licence and your own carÂ-A strong work ethic
- A successful track record in your academic, professional, or personal life
- A desire to grow as an individual
Responsibilities in this role are:
⢠Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
⢠Meeting with clients visiting the office
⢠Responding to enquiries via e-mail
⢠Liaising with landlords and tenants to gather and provide feedback on property inspections and maintenance work
⢠Manage a portfolio of approx. 170 â 190 properties (after training)
⢠Dealing with all maintenance enquiries with landlords and tenants
⢠Keeping the online reporting system (FixFlo) up to date on a daily basis
⢠Dealing with notices from tenants
⢠Preparing and serving section 21 notices
⢠Deposit negotiations at the end of a tenancy
⢠Renewal negotiation between landlord and tenant
⢠Management inspections completed on a weekly basis (visiting each property every 3 to 4 months)
⢠Managing Database/CRM system (Reapit) for own portfolio of properties
⢠Dealing with ingoing and outgoing tenant utility bills
⢠Booking of safety certificates and making sure all properties meet current legislation
