Need help preparing meals at home for the week
I’m looking for someone to help with meal preparation for the week. I have a small kitchen and basic kitchen equipment. The job includes planning simple, healthy meals, batch cooking, portioning into containers, and labeling for the fridge/freezer. I’d prefer recipes that are vegetarian-friendly and adaptable for low-sodium options. Availability to shop for groceries would be a bonus, but not required. Clean as you go, store leftovers safely, and help me set up a simple meal plan and schedule. Flexible start times and a friendly, patient approach are important, as I’m managing a busy week. Requirements: basic cooking skills, reliable, punctual, and respectful; ability to follow dietary preferences; good communication to confirm menus and quantities. Please provide an approximate plan for 5–7 days and any equipment or supplies you’d need me to have on hand.
