About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled Restructuring Manager or Senior Manager with strong financial analysis capabilities and deep knowledge of corporate insolvency procedures. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on high-impact restructuring and insolvency projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of restructuring and insolvency projects, including Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and interrogate financial models using advanced Excel skills
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with clients under challenging circumstances
- Support contingency planning, options reviews, and pre-pack administration transactions
- Guide junior team members and collaborate with senior colleagues
- Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Apply knowledge of IPS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to deliver client-ready outputs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent); insolvency qualification desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in restructuring and insolvency
- Strong understanding of UK insolvency procedures including CVLs, CVAs, and administrations
- Excellent written and numerical communication skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and risk analysis
- Organised, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
- Familiarity with IPS software and advanced Excel functions
