The role requires someone who is practical, highly organised, and deeply enthusiastic about Drama and Theatre Studies. Requirements

• QTS / ECT status (or equivalent recognized teaching qualification)

• Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related performing arts discipline

• Strong practical performance, directing, or technical theatre skills

• Knowledge of drama curricula, exam specifications (e.g., AQA, Edexcel), and key practitioners

• Creative and proactive approach to extra-curricular productions and theatre trips
