The Role

This role is ideal for graduates considering careers in educational psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, counselling, or clinical psychology.

We're looking for someone who:
* Holds a degree in Psychology or any related subject (graduates from all disciplines are encouraged to apply).
* Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
* Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is interested in pursuing a career in therapy, psychology, or child development.
Previous experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching, volunteering, childcare, or SEND support is desirable but not essential.
