Key Responsibilities:This firm offer a role that provides outstanding technical exposure across a broad spectrum of private client tax matters, including complex capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning. As part of our dynamic and collaborative team, you will:Take ownership of delivering high-quality work to clients, managing projects within agreed timelines and budgets while maintaining a focus on technical precision and depth.Build and nurture strong client relationships, using your expertise to identify opportunities for sophisticated tax planning and advisory solutions-helping grow existing accounts and attract new business.Act as a technical leader within the team, mentoring junior staff and offering detailed guidance on complex tax scenarios and technical development.Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Accounts and Corporate Tax, to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions tailored to client needs.Deliver comprehensive and technically robust tax strategies, supporting senior team members in expanding the firm's service offering through insightful, high-value technical work.Play a key role in developing junior team members, providing not only feedback and support but also technical coaching to enhance their understanding of intricate tax issues.Qualifications and Essential Requirements:CTA and/or STEP qualified.Significant experience gained within a professional services environment, with strong technical knowledge across private client tax, particularly in capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and broader tax planning strategies.Proven ability to convey complex tax concepts clearly and effectively to clients of varying technical backgrounds.Demonstrated success in leveraging technical knowledge to build and sustain profitable client relationships.Experience in managing and developing people, particularly with a focus on technical growth and capability.Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning in a technically demanding environment.
