Role; Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver
Location: Warrington (WA4)
Salary: Up to £32K (DOE) + bonus + overtime
Hrs: Mon – Friday 08:00-16:45hrs
Contract: Permanent We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Coordinator / FLT Driver to join our growing operations team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has experience with stock control, goods movement, and forklift operations. As the Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver your responsibilities will be:

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and has experience with stock control, goods movement, and forklift operations. As the Warehouse Coordinator/FLT Driver your responsibilities will be:
- Receive, inspect, and book in incoming goods and deliveries.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) safely and effectively.
- Load and unload vehicles in line with health & safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems and scanners.
- Carry out stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks to manage stock levels.
- Support dispatch operations and shipment preparation.
- Occasion local collection of parts using the company vehicle.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Work closely with internal departments including workshop operations, service, and logistics.
- Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
- Must have previous Warehouse experience.
- Must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential).
- Ideally have a full UK driving licence.
- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
- Experience within automotive, engineering, heavy equipment, or parts distribution sectors would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes would be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
