Senior Sales Negotiator – Lancashire Chorley

Salary: £29,000 basic Package: Bonus scheme + company pension Hours: 38.5 per week, including alternate Saturdays

The Opportunity

A well‑established, reputable estate agency in the PR7 area is looking for a confident, experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their high‑performing team. This is a brilliant role for someone who thrives in a busy sales environment, knows how to convert opportunities, and enjoys guiding clients through the moving process with professionalism and warmth.

You’ll take ownership of your pipeline, support valuations, negotiate offers, and help drive branch performance. The business offers stability, progression, and a competitive bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties

• Conducting viewings and delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Negotiating offers and securing strong outcomes for buyers and vendors

• Managing your own sales pipeline from offer through to completion

• Supporting valuations and generating new business opportunities

• Building strong relationships with clients, buyers, and local partners

• Working to KPIs and contributing to branch targets

• Acting as a senior point of support within the team

About You

• Experienced Sales Negotiator with a proven track record

• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Target‑driven, proactive, and commercially aware

• Organised, resilient, and able to manage a busy workload

• Strong local knowledge of Lancashire/PR7 market (preferred)

• Full UK driving licence
