Location: Bolton

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

Shift Pattern: Rotating Weekly

• 06:00am - 2:30pm
• 2:00pm - 10:30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturer of cleaning products and detergents . This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term temp-to-perm position within a small, lean manufacturing and production environment.

As an FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and production facility, ensuring materials and products are moved safely, efficiently, and in line with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving palletised stock from Goods In directly into warehouse racking locations .
• Replenishing and supplying production lines with raw materials.
• Transporting finished goods from production to storage areas.
• Conducting daily FLT safety and equipment checks.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory movements.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Supporting production and warehouse teams to meet daily targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence .
• Minimum of 2 years' FLT Counterbalance experience within a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Proven experience moving palletised stock and working within racking systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a small, fast-paced, lean operation.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious approach.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
