Full-Time Showroom Administrator – Hinckley
Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm | 37.5 paid hours per week | No weekends
V12 Sports and Classics is an independently owned used-car supermarket. Our busy Hinckley branch has between 500 and 600 vehicles on site, and we’re looking for an organised administrator to support the team behind the scenes.
You’ll help keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, managing paperwork and supporting vehicle sales and handovers.
The role
Prepare, check and file sales and handover paperwork
Update customer and vehicle records accurately
Coordinate with the sales, finance and handover teams
Help with general administration across the showroom
About you
You’ll be comfortable using computer systems, have excellent attention to detail and be able to stay organised in a busy environment. You’ll also be willing to help colleagues and take ownership of your work.
Previous administration experience is preferable. Motor trade experience is welcome but isn’t essential.
