Kenect Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established packaging manufacturer.
You will initially be based at the Aldridge site , with operations moving to the Wednesbury site in the future .
This is a great opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment where full training will be provided.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be involved in the manufacturing of packaging products, working across different areas of production.
Your duties may include:
- Working with timber to manufacture wooden pallets
- Operating production machinery to manufacture cardboard packaging
- Using power tools and hand tools safely
- Measuring and cutting materials
- Reading basic drawings and specifications
- Operating gluing, stapling, and stenciling machines
- Carrying out quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
Previous experience within manufacturing, machine operating, or using power tools would be beneficial but is not essential , as full training will be provided.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 3:30pm
