The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant , you will:

• Support teaching and learning within the classroom.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage children’s confidence, participation, and independence.
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and organisation.
• Promote positive behaviour and strong learning habits.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

• Have experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting.
