* Are currently completing a PGCE, SCITT, School Direct, or other recognised teacher training programme
* Have, or will achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
* Possess strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
* Have demonstrated effective classroom practice during teaching placements
* Are committed to raising attainment and inspiring young people
* Demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
* Are eager to build a successful and rewarding career within secondary education
