As a Senior HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to managers, supporting them across the full employee life-cycle and helping to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers across the business
- Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
- Supporting the full employee life-cycle, from on-boarding through to off-boarding
- Advising managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice
- Supporting HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- Managing and updating cases through the organisation's HR ticketing system
- Assisting with the development and implementation of people processes and initiatives
