We are currently seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our Early Years team. This role offers the opportunity to support young learners in their early development within a friendly and supportive setting.

Working Hours: 7:45 to 17:00
Role Overview:As an EYFS Teaching Assistant at Griffin House School, you will work closely with our Early Years teachers to deliver high-quality education and care for children aged 2-5. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities tailored to their individual needs. Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience working as an EYFS practitioner or teaching assistant within an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework (EYFS)
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning across all areas of development
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures relevant to early years settings Values and Attitudes:
