Need help replacing toilet seat and fittings in bathroom
I'm looking for a reliable handyman to replace the current toilet seat with a new bidet-compatible or standard soft-close seat. The job includes removing the old seat, aligning and securing the hinges, checking for any wobble, and ensuring no water leaks around the bolts. Ideally, you have basic tools, know how to handle tricky mounting if the bolts are corroded, and can ensure a clean finish. Please mention if you provide the seat or if I should supply it. The home is in a 2-bedroom flat, and I’d appreciate someone who can come by during the weekday or early weekend slots. Accessibility is straightforward, and I can assist with holding the seat during installation if needed.
