Driver Trainer
We are looking to recruit an experienced Driver Trainer who will be based at our brand new distribution centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Details about the new site are included below:
This is a permanent full-time position where you will play a key role in developing, supporting and maintaining high driving standards across our Class 1 driver workforce. You will be responsible for delivering practical and classroom-based training, assessing driver competence and supporting the recruitment and development of new and existing drivers.
Pay, working hours & benefits:
We offer an hourly pay rate of £18.22and you will be guaranteed a certain number of hours work per week. Flexibility will be required as training and assessments may occasionally take place across different shift patterns to support the operation.
