About the role

We are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to support with the day to day operational administration requirement of our busy team. You will develop key administrative, communication, and organisational skills within a fast oaced manufacturing environment.

You will need to be comfortable working with new systems and dealing with a diverse range of colleagues, along with receiving feedback to aid development. 

Location: Hull, HU8 7DS

Your responsibilities

• Develop administrative skills and learn new systems. 
• Support with and deliver time and attendance system updates and checks.
• Support and coordinate Facilities and Site visits.
• Take notes / minutes of union and other meetings.
• Organise and arrange travel and visa requirements. 
• Gain experience and take ownership of purchase orders and the tracking. 

The experience we're looking for

• Willingness to listen and learn. 
• Good organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience working with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
• Ability to manage time and prioritise workload.
