Conduct specialised assessments of young people following self-harm incidents and attempted suicides.
Engage in consultation and liaison with a range of agencies to provide holistic support.
Deliver intensive, high-quality home-based treatment to help avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
Support colleagues with the planning and implementation of comprehensive care plans.
Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively with patients, families, and professionals.
Adhere to safeguarding procedures, ensuring the safety and welfare of children and young people.
Participate in continuous professional development and maintain high standards of care. Requirements Competence in assessment and risk assessment.
Strong care planning and safety planning skills.
