What you will do:

Form strong working relationships within the Primary Care Network by attending practice meetings and engaging in regular contact with practice staff.
Deliver low-level mental health and wellbeing interventions to support early intervention and prevention activities for young people and families.
Screen cases from primary care to understand presenting issues such as relationships, bullying, and substance use, and signpost to appropriate services.
Provide mental health and emotional wellbeing advice, working closely with community CAMHS clinicians, GPs, and the multidisciplinary mental health team.
Attend MDT meetings, ensuring appropriate and timely care for young people and carers, and contribute to the development of training packages for primary care practitioners.
Work closely within networks to supervise and support other clinicians and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive primary care environment.
