What you will do:

Serve as the duty worker supporting your team members in triaging new referrals and assessing risks
Develop management plans and identify onward care and treatment needs for service users
Handle duty calls, assist with safety planning, and support the team in risk assessment and management
Collaborate with other agencies and organisations as part of the duty response
Deliver high-quality community mental health support, focusing on tailored care for every individual
