PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
Location: Telford
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

What You'll Be Doing: * Converting panel vans, cars, and 4x4 vehicles to high-quality standards.
* Following technical fitting instructions and assembly specifications.
* Using hand tools and mechanical assembly techniques to complete installations.
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards.
* Working safely and efficiently within a fast-paced production environment.
* Supporting wider workshop activities when required. What We're Looking For: * Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, fitting, workshop, or production environments.
* Vehicle conversion experience would be advantageous.
* Confident using hand tools and interpreting work instructions.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
* Good time-management and reliability.
