Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Manager with a manufacturing SME based in Swindon on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve managing a team of 2 and will have responsibility for the UK accounts, reporting into the MD.
Responsibilities:
- Line management of 2 clerks.
- Processing payroll to include starters and leavers.
- Basic HR duties to include sending contracts.
- Monthly management accounting for 2 UK subsidiaries.
- Consolidation of the UK accounts.
- Cash flow forecasting
- Working closely with the Managing Director to report on the accounts and any anomalies.
The ideal profile
- Extensive experience of working in an SME.
- Team player, hands on.
- Extensive experience of preparing management accounts.
Benefits:
- £50,000-£60,000.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Monday - Friday 9-5:30 with potential flexibility.
- Initially 5 days onsite, potential for 1 day from home after probation.
