Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time. Site operating hours: 6:00am - 8:00pm (Variety of shift patterns available within these times) 37.5 hours per week, overtime available if wanted Ready to get moving in a hands-on, fast-paced role? We're growing fast and looking for Compound Drivers to join our busy automotive operation in Killingholme. If you enjoy working outdoors, driving a variety of vehicles, and being part of a supportive team - this could be the perfect next step for you. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in keeping our vehicle compound running smoothly by: Safely moving, parking, and storing vehicles in line with company and customer standards
Using a handheld device to accurately track vehicle movements
Carrying out basic vehicle maintenance checks (tyre inflation, safety checks, etc.)
Coordinating with team members to manage vehicle flow around the yard
Completing valet/wash services to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
Supporting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including checks on fluids, batteries, tyres, lights, brakes, wipers, and overall vehicle condition
Recording and reporting any damage or defects to the Team Leader What We Offer: Full training - no previous compound experience needed
PPE and waterproof clothing supplied
