Lead a team of Technical and Maintenance Officers providing guidance, technical support for reactive, statutory and planned maintenance of all operational and non-operational properties. Plan, order, verify, and certify both planned and reactive building maintenance works delivered through external providers. To assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Asset Management Framework and the Community Plan. .

The Individual
This is a permanent post based at The Opera House, John Finnie Street, Killmarnock.
The hours of work are 35 to be worked as follows:-
Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm (50 minutes unpaid lunchbreak)
Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm (40 minutes unpaid lunchbreak)
The annual salary for this post is between £43,589 - £47,484
