Primary School Thrive Practitioner Location: Leeds Salary: £92.63 - £120 per day (Depndng on experience and qualifacations) Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Start Date: Immediate / September 2026 Big feelings need brilliant support. Not every child arrives at school ready to learn. Some arrive carrying worries that are bigger than their book bag. Some need help understanding their emotions before they can tackle fractions. Others just need one trusted adult who believes in them. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Thrive Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Leeds, supporting pupils' emotional wellbeing and helping them build the confidence they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom. This isn't a role where every success is measured on a spreadsheet. Sometimes success looks like a child joining a lesson they would've avoided last week. Sometimes it's a conversation that helps a pupil feel heard. Sometimes it's simply helping a child believe that tomorrow can be a better day.
