Your Responsibilities

As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will:

* Deliver one-to-one and small group academic intervention sessions.
* Support students preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
* Work alongside outstanding teachers during engaging classroom lessons.
* Mentor pupils who require additional encouragement and academic guidance.
* Monitor student progress and celebrate achievements.
* Help create an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
