HIU Service / Breakdown Engineer
Location : London (Mobile Role)
Salary £42,000 - £45,000 Basic + Up to 10% Monthly Performance Bonus

The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and fault finding on Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and associated district heating plant across London. This is a mobile position working on a variety of modern residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring heating and hot water systems operate safely and efficiently.

The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and fault finding on Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and associated district heating plant across London. Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair Heat Interface Units (HIUs)
- Diagnose and rectify faults on district heating systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Attend reactive breakdowns across London
- Work on associated mechanical plantroom equipment
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the business professionally
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
- Previous experience servicing and repairing HIUs
- Strong mechanical plantroom experience is essential
- Experience working on district heating networks
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- £42,000 - £45,000 basic salary
- Up to 10% monthly performance bonus
