An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Care4CE Carter House Day Service in Congleton. The position is for 0.48 FTE (18 hours) per week over a Monday, Tuesday Thursday and Thursday working pattern working 6 hours per day between the hours of9am and 4:30pm with a 20-minute unpaid lunch break.
About you
Carter House Day Services provides support for adults who have a learning disability. As part of your role, you will support the customers to access a range of activities within the centre including art and crafts, physical exercise/dance, cooking and baking and multi-sensory sessions. You will also support the customers to access local facilities and venues including the local library, allotments and swimming sessions.
Experience is welcome but it is not required as a full induction will be given along with all the necessary training and support however if you are caring, friendly and have a commitment to enrich people’s lives whilst treating individuals with dignity and respect, we would welcome your application.

- Provide support with personal care, administration of medication, daily activities, etc.
- Empower the people who attend our day centre to lead fulfilling lives.
