This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly team of 12 people based in an office environment. We are looking for someone who will be a great addition to the team. We are looking for someone who is professional, hardworking,confident, with excellent people skills and the ability to work well in a busy customer service environment. The RoleYou will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and dealing with a variety of customer enquiries, including:

- Handling customer service calls relating to waste removal
- Taking bookings
- Dealing with pricing enquiries
- Handling general enquiries and customer queries
- Resolving complaints and disputes
- Dealing with trade waste contracts and related calls
- Responding to emails regarding bookings, enquiries, queries and disputes
- Providing a professional, helpful and efficient service to customers
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is professional, hardworking and reliable
- Has a confident and professional approach when dealing with customers
- Has good people skills and enjoys working as part of a small team
- Is comfortable working in a busy customer service office
- Is confident speaking to customers over the phone and responding to emails
- Doesn't mind working in a waste removal environment
