We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Fixed term (12 months) Catering Assistant on Our Edinburgh schools’ contract in Drummond high school, 41 Bellevue Pl, Edinburgh EH7 4BS
18 Hours Per week (Shift pattern Monday to Thursday 10am till 2pm - Friday 9:30am till 11:30am)

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.
What you will do:
- Basic preparation of food and drinks Preparation of vegetables and snacks.
- Simple cooking of food (including the heating and/or reconstitution of convenience foods and vegetables)
- Transportation and serving of meals (including the packing and unpacking of food into containers)
- Washing up and clearing away equipment
- Cash handling
- Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and the equipment
