IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead for Cardiology to develop and implement tailored delivery strategies during RFP and bid defense cycles. The role bridges sales, medical, and operations teams to drive business growth and support project execution across multiple European locations or home-based.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored delivery strategies aligned with customer needs during RFP and bid defense cycles
- Collaborate with sales, medical, and operations teams to ensure competitive, feasible proposals
- Monitor therapeutic and operational landscape to identify long-term implementation opportunities
- Mentor project leaders and guide bid defense preparation and customer meetings
- Ensure project budgets align with financial goals and gross new business targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences with director-level global clinical research experience
- Hands-on operational delivery and drug development experience in cardiology
- Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulatory requirements
- CRO industry experience required
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and customer management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin considered advantageous
- Excellent presentation and English communication skills
