What You'll Be Doing:

* Checking and preparing new machinery pre delivery to the customer.
* Repair and Servicing of returned equipment.
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive)
* Continuously learning new products and technologies
* Managing service records, reports, and customer updates
* Occasional site visits to assist with equipment installation.

What We're Looking For:

You don't need to know everything-we're more interested in your attitude and potential.

You'll likely have:

* Experience in a technical or electro-mechanical role (print, embroidery, sewing, or similar industries are a bonus)
* A practical, problem-solving mindset
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Basic IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.)
* Good organisation and the ability to work independently
